I think the article at Kotaku says it better than I ever could, but wow is this painful to watch. The things he tells her are ENTIRELY inaccurate. Top 10 out of millions of players? Liar. LF2 more tanks for 25 man Naxx? That does NOT mean help. QQ? Ok, QQ does mean to cry. He got that one.
But man, is this really what the mainstream media sees when it thinks gamer? For that matter, is that what you nongamers see? TERRIFYING. Lots of us communicate pretty well, actually, and all you have to do is speak English. Actually, a part of me wishes this were a light-hearted attempt at humor, but without a better explanation I think everyone who watches it just comes away thinking "People who play games are strange!"
Stop looking at me like that, just 'cause we ARE strange is no reason to find reasons to make us stranger.
